Rough few weeks

It's been a rough few weeks for me, and I apologize immensely for the lack of posts.  I will make sure I do a better job of updating daily!  Please stand by lovies as I regroup and get back to reality!

Outfit Of The Day. Crap Version

I was feeling pretty cute in my outfit today (minus the second head that has been growing on my forehead for the past 2 weeks).  But it seemed every picture I tried to get of the full ensemble, it just looked frumpy af!   so unfurtunatally I have to make do the pictures I have.

Top: Old Navy - $5 a few years back
Jeans: H&M - $10 70% of over the summer
Necklace: $3 FREE - From a very rude glass blower who thought I would promote his work, then never sent the product until I put him on blast 3 months after I bought said product.
Tank:  Forever 21 - $2 everyday basics

I almost never buy anything clothing wise if its over $20 (shoes have an exception).  I'll start posting more "Frugal Fashion" "Re-Fashions"  "jewelry Steals" and the like.

*P.S.  I not only have lost my amazing phone, but also lost the charger to my camera battery...So I'm using my 3rd gen Itouch to take all my pictures for the time being...I apoligize in advance.

Where is my motivation?

As I sit here typing, I'm looking at the treacherous pit of crap that is taking over our house.  I've been up since 6:30am, got Little Dude on the bus and off to school.  Had my morning cup of coffee, then I came to  standstill.  I've yet to shower and make myself presentable to anyone, just gawking at the millions of things that need to get done, and should have been done days ago.  I could blame it on the frigid weather, but that excuse does not work with me.  Maybe I've become to comfortable having The Man home with me for WEEKS now, whilst he searches for a new job?  Where the hell is my motivation?

We had quite a busy weekend, full of grocery shopping, play dates, date nights, and rainy day board games.  Friday was a double win for me since it was kids choice for dinner and Little Dude decided on pizza take-out!  Yesterday The Man made egg salad (not something I enjoy) so the boys decided on egg salad sandwiches for dinner.  Saturday was my only  night of actual cooking, so I tried out a new recipe and it was a HIT!  Next time I'll have to use even more hamburger because all three of us went back for seconds.  The recipe I used is adapted from Pass The Sushi.
